A fast-growing cloud communications company of ~50 employees had no in-house HR. Over eighteen months, Reverb operated as fractional HR and built a full suite of people programs: performance management, an interviewer guide and company-wide interviewer training, recruiting metrics, an employee referral program, onboarding, annual compensation review, a defined sales-comp approach, and an annual employee survey. CEO Eric Harber valued the blend of seasoned strategic HR insight with the capability to actually execute.
Leadership Development + Coaching — Chateau Retirement Communities
Chateau needed to skill up its people leaders and support its executive team with communication, alignment, and succession planning. Reverb interviewed managers across three communities, then designed and delivered a 3-year manager training program — fundamentals, then advanced "leaders coaching leaders," then ongoing development. Reverb coaches also upleveled the executive team and built a succession framework. Coaching worked so well that Chateau began offering it to emerging leaders.
